The uphill battle for good oral health can be won in just a few weeks or months by diligently following an effective oral hygiene program combined with an antibacterial toothpaste and mouthwash that is free from harsh chemicals that slow progress. Below are the instructions for you to win the battle. Your role is to precisely follow this battle plan so you can get back to the good oral health you once enjoyed. The plan will only work for you if you commit to working the plan.

The 4-Step Battle Plan

We have enhanced the 4-Step OraMD Oral Hygiene Program with an all-in-one product, OraMD, which contain ingredients that are potent bacteria fighters. OraMD is an all natural liquid toothpaste, mouthwash and bad breath freshener.

  1. Brush twice a day in the morning and evenin using 2-5 drops of OraMD on a toothbrush and brush normally.
  2. Floss every evening after brushing – more frequently as needed. Get any food particles out from between teeth.
  3. Use OraMD as mouthwash twice a day: morning and evening. Just put 2-5 drops into an ounce of water, swish and gargle. This is important to kill the bacteria in the entire mouth including the back of the tongue.
  4. Mid-morning, mid-afternoon and as needed: put 2-5 drops on the tip of the tongue to coat the gum line and teeth to kill bacteria and keep breath fresh.

One of the main secrets to good oral hygiene is in Step 4. Millions of bacteria can multiply in your mouth within just a few short hours and turn into plaque which is hard to remove. When you consider there are about 15 to 16 hours between brushings, and you combine that with all the processed foods and sugars we consume throughout the day, you open the door for excessive bacteria build-up. The saliva in your mouth which fights the bacteria is overwhelmed. That’s why it is key to not only follow steps 1 through 3, but also to use throughout the day the natural reinforcements which OraMD provides (as stated in step 4). It is essential to create a clean environment in your mouth, and maintaining a clean environment will help promote healing and recovery.
