Relieve Toothache Pain

There’s nothing worse than getting a throbbing toothache in the middle of a business meeting. Well, maybe when you get a toothache directly after eating a nice sugary dessert, it feels worse. You knew that sugar could do that to your teeth, but, the sweet tooth won out and here you are suffering. Again. How can you relieve that toothache so you can get on with your life and enjoy it?

There are a few steps you can take in order to lessen the pain from a nagging toothache. First, the step you always knew you should have been doing but didn’t – avoid sugar. The sugary hard candies, the candy bars, the sugar induced soda drinks. All of it. The sugar can get in your teeth and make them ultra-sensitive and achy. Once the sugar has been eliminated for a few weeks, your teeth can get back to feeling normal.

Another way to relieve a toothache is to take some anti-inflammatory, over the counter medicine. The medicine will reduce any swelling around the tooth – if there is any – and deaden those nerve endings that are sending pain signals to your brain. Hopefully one dose is all you need in order to be toothache free for the rest of the day or even the rest of the week.

Another way to relieve your chronic toothache pain is by investing in a hygiene program. This program takes several weeks, but it does work with great results if you follow all of the steps. The program is called the OraMD Oral Hygiene Program.

This program requires regular brushing of the teeth, flossing on a regular basis and using their mouthwash and OraMD product as directed. The schedule goes something like this:

Brush your teeth at least twice a day using two to five drops of the OraMD liquid cleaner.

At night, floss before you brush your teeth.

After you brush your teeth in the morning and at night, rinse with the OraMD mouthwash. Gargle a few drops of OraMD mixed with water. Spit and rinse your mouth if needed.

In between your brushing and flossing, place 2 – 5 drops of OraMD on the tip of your tongue. This will allow the OraMD to get spread around in your mouth to kill any germs or bacteria that have crept in between your brushings.

When you take care of your teeth regularly, the chances of getting a toothache are much slimmer than if you don’t take good care of your teeth. Brush and floss regularly and see how soon your toothache goes away – and stays away this time!
