OraDr vs. OraMD®
You Have Good Reason to Be Confused

On the face of it, these sites, companies and products appear to be similar if not the same. Wrong! Read the facts below and you will discover that the company, man behind the company and the OraDR product do have something to do with OraMD®...and it's not good.

We are unable to use their logo legally even though they have attempted to copy ours.

Take a look here: Pirated Site

This story starts several years ago when one of our staff was hired to consult and develop a web site for selling auto ads on the internet for Keith Benson, the man behind OraDR. His office was in the basement of our office building. Keith Benson did not pay for services rendered, he did not pay his employees and now has many fine vendors in the Lexington area looking to get their rightful invoices paid too...and it's a lot of money.

As his business faltered he began to "hang out" at our office just chatting the time away or so it seemed. In fact, he was simply "casing" the place for his next mark. Here he found a wonderful product and opportunity to steal. In fact, he is doing this to at least one other company and has already been found guilty in Federal Court with damages of $150,000 for pirating another web site and product. To this date, he has not complied with that court order.

So there is no confusion about what I am saying and to prove every word is true I ask you to consider the following:

Below you find the official web site registration information. Notice the highlighted areas.

(*1) The names are intentionally similar so as to cause as much confusion in the marketplace as possible. All with the intention of stealing as much traffic and customers as possible.

(*2) He hides behind a P.O. Box and does not disclose the fact that he works out of his apartment. In fact, they now list a second Florida address and it is our understanding that address is used for returns...refunds that according to emails from some distraught customers, simply never show up. We keep them on file and so does the Better Business Bureau, check it out.

He also runs several other web sites for this product http://www.oraldr.com where he lists yet another address and phone number and tries to compare both those web sites and products against OraMD® while praising his own products and having incomplete information on ours.

(*3) Note that his web site domain was not registered until May 25, 2004 so let there be no confusion who is the originator of this product.

(*4) Notice there is no name being used. He hides behind company names and email addresses. It is clear why he would do this...isn't it?

Our Articles and Headlines Have Been Pirated Too!

Now beginning with the copy on the web site you will notice many similarities and for good reason. They were stolen, pirated, copied and in some cases just an outright lie.

  1. Firstly, take a look at the pirated pictures . The were taken from another well respected web site here: http://www.umanitoba.ca/outreach/wisdomtooth/stagesof.htm.

  2. Take a look at the pirated headlines like:

"75 Percent of Adults Over Age 35
Have Some Form of Gum Disease"

Remember your mother telling you: "To keep your teeth, take care of your gums." That’s great advice.

Don’t wait until you feel the pain. You may have it for years before you feel discomfort. Gum disease generally doesn’t hurt.

OraDR is all natural. OraDR is a highly effective oral care product created for total gum and teeth health, as well as awesome dental hygiene. OraDR is also the best all natural product out there to Treat Gum Disease, Stop Bleeding Gums, and Cure Gingivitis.

No one wants to loose their teeth, so everyone is looking for the treatment and cure for gum disease, bleeding gums, gingivitis and bad breath.

To Appreciate the Full Benefits of OraDR

OraDR is 100% pure, all natural, essential oils of almond, spearmint and peppermint. There are thousands of varieties of these oils all over the world and they all have different properties. This scientific formula is designed to eliminate bacteria and pathogens and give relief from the causes of gingivitis, gum disease, bad breath and bleeding gums

and the list just keeps on going... Like the report at the bottom titled " 5 HIDDEN DANGERS IN TOOTHPASTE" that we authored.

  3. OraDR Frequently Asked Questions page is nearly word for word except of course the name had been changed to their product.

  4. Nearly every article is a word for word copy and when it is not, it is only slightly modified. They also keep an eye on our web site for changes. They have recently changed how they organize their web site to be similar to ours. They do not know if it is working but they know we have a very successful product and web site so they simply follow our lead.

Now, let's take a look at this product of theirs.
You know the one that is 100% pure?

How can that be if there are different strengths? In our testing, nothing but a 100% pure, formulation exactly as we have done works.  We do not dilute our product so we can have a supposed "MAXIMUM STRENGTH".

OraMD® vs. Maximum Strength OraDR

His pitch is you need to get the maximum strength to ge the best results. When he first copied us, Benson came out with a price of $19.97, but determined quickly that he could not make any money at that price. So he decided as a marketing ploy to call his "Maximum Strength" and began telling people if you want the best you need to get the "Maximum Strength".

The truth is his Maximum Strength does not hold a candle to our original.

OraMD® is scientifically formulated. The technology behind OraMD® calls for specific properties of specific botanical oils combined for a synergistic effect. There are over 400 types of peppermint oil all have different properties. The same with the spearmint and almond oils.

If you don't have the right combination of properties of oils you are not going to get the optimum results. Mr. Benson does not have a clue about the properties of the oils or how to effectively formulate them. Try both products and you will see what we mean. And when you do that, check out the labels. His looks like it came out of a home printer on a paper label. Our label is professionally done and smear proof.

How About Trust. It's in Their Name Right?

Take a look at the trust logos they have on their web site. Here we go again...

health and wellness Nancy Derheim director of the National Health & Wellness Club confirms that they are not a member and she has tried to get them to discontinue using their logo without success. Go have a look for yourself.

dentist approved  No such thing. Simply a lie.

verisignsecurity Try clicking on these logos on their web site. Nothing happens. All security logos when clicked lead to a site that will verify the security provided. Otherwise you simply get guys like Keith Benson is apparently portraying security logos that are not valid. While breaking the trust of unsuspecting visitors and customers. Just terrible. Click on any of the logos on our home page and you will see they are legitimate, honest and reputable...just like our company, founders and employees.

and here is the worst one of all,  because this is a picture used all over the internet without any doctor attached to the picture. Who is this lady. Enough is enough.

I Recommend the OraDR Products to all my patients! - The Mouth Physician

Oh yes, and did you notice "The Mouth Physician" which is comfortably close to our product "The Mouth Doctor".

It just does not stop their either. We have tons of email from dissatisfied customers. Ones who cannot get refunds and even a lady in Scotland we helped whose bank account was being charged $200 months after her purchase. The Lexington Police have this information on record.

Finally, just call the Lexington Better Business Bureau. Check their records of complaints. You will find we have not a single one and well, you make the call or write at 859-253-0935 or email them at info@ky.bbb.org Web site: http://www.ky.bbb.org

Personal Message to Confused Visitors

We get calls and emails daily on the confusion caused by the similarities. We are currently in the process of filing a Federal Lawsuit on this matter. We hope this helps clarify the difference for you.

We have customer service people who just love to help customers and you should know that we stand behind all our products with a 100% money-back guarantee for one year.
