6 Things Natural Toothpaste Does Not Contain That Other Products Do

What is in the toothpaste you are using? If you are using an all natural toothpaste product, you do not have to worry about the actual additives found within the toothpaste since all ingredients will be natural. 3. Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate is more than just a hard to say word. It is also a product that removes the calcium and magnesium from your salvia, which stops the natural re-mineralization process from taking place, thus allowing the enamel of your teeth to become at risk.
4. Hydrated silica is another substance found in toothpaste. This product is the equivalent of taking sandpaper and rubbing it against clean glass. It damages the enamel and, although often marketed as a wonder tool for whitening teeth, it is less effective than using traditional baking soda on your teeth.
5. Triclosan is another corrosive material that is found in toothpastes. This product is also a pesticide.
6. Fluoride is a poison linked to a variety of health conditions and to the destruction of connective tissues in the gums.

As you can see, there are numerous types of chemicals found in traditional toothpaste products. Many of them have no reason to be in your mouth. The good news is that natural toothpaste does not contain these or other chemicals.
