Herbal Cure
An herbal cure can be a powerful form of dental care. Although not an herbal cure, brushing and flossing are great ways to care for your teeth. Unfortunately, they don't clean out the deep, bacteria harboring pockets between the teeth and gums. You might want to look into an herbal cure for a little extra help.
An herbal cure that is antibacterial and immune stimulating consists of adding a dropper or two of Echinacea tincture to anti-gingivitis teas and mouthwashes. Magnesium Medley is another herbal cure used for keeping gingivitis at bay. To create this herbal cure, steam mixed dandelions, stinging nettle greens, purslane and spinach leaves.
In addition to the magnesium in nettle greens, some studies reveal that nettle tea has antibacterial activity, therefore making it effective as an herbal cure. Mouthwashes and toothpastes containing nettle reduce plaque and gingivitis. This herbal cure is even more effective if juniper is added.
Teatree oil is a significant herbal cure and antiseptic used to treat gingivitis and canker sores. To fight gingivitis with this herbal cure, add a few drops of teatree oil to a glass of water, and then swish it around in your mouth. As with any other essential oil, this herbal cure should never be swallowed, because even small amounts (a teaspoon) can be fatal.
If you need extra help with your oral hygiene program, try an herbal cure, but first be aware of potential side effects.
For all natural relief from bleeding gums, gingivitis and gum disease...guaranteed.
