Gum Disease Symptom

A gum disease symptom of early-stage gingivitis may include red or swollen gums that are tender and bleed easily when brushed or flossed. Healthy gums with no gum disease symptom are pink and firm and do not bleed easily.

A gum disease symptom of advanced gum disease or periodontitis includes bad breath that doesn’t go away with proper dental care. Another gum disease symptom is gums that pull away from the teeth. Pus oozing from the gums, a change in the bite, and loose teeth or teeth that fall out are all gum disease symptoms.

Even if you don't notice any gum disease symptom, you may still have some degree of the disease. Some people have gum disease only around certain teeth, such as those in the back of the mouth, which they cannot see.

Gum disease periodontal may progress painlessly, producing few obvious gum disease symptoms, even in the late stages of the disease. It is considered to be a "silent" disease because there are usually no gum disease symptoms – at least not until your teeth become loose and fall out.

If you want to keep your teeth, be on the lookout for any early gum disease symptom.

Get relief from bleeding gums, gingivitis and gum disease...guaranteed.
